Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery options, costs, and responsibilities once an order is placed with BellaMoon.

Order processing times

·       Standard processing time: 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

·       During peak periods or promotions, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

·       Orders with preorder items will ship when all items are available unless split shipping is selected at checkout (if offered).

Shipping regions

·       Domestic: Australia-wide, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by the carrier.

·       International: Selected countries. Availability, rates, and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

·       Australia Standard: 2–6 business days after dispatch (regional and remote areas may take longer).

·       Australia Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

·       International Standard: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

·       International Express: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level. Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Tracking and delivery

·       A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent when the order ships.

·       If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, please check with household members and neighbours and contact the carrier first; then contact BellaMoon support for assistance.

·       Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns; additional postage may be required for re-shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international)

International orders may be subject to VAT/GST, import duties, and customs fees determined by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Preorders and split shipments

Preorder items will ship on or around the estimated date provided on the product page. If an order includes preorder and in-stock items, they may be shipped together on the preorder date or separately if split shipping is chosen (additional fees may apply).

Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels

·       Lost in transit: A claim will be raised with the carrier after the carrier’s investigation window has passed.

·       Damaged items: Contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

·       Stolen after delivery: If shown as delivered, theft claims should be submitted to the carrier or local authorities; BellaMoon will assist where possible, but is not responsible for packages after delivery.

Delivery issues and returns to sender

If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer may choose a reshipment (additional postage applies) or a refund for the item(s) minus original shipping costs.

Address changes

Address changes can be requested prior to dispatch by emailing support. Once shipped, address changes must be arranged directly with the carrier using the tracking number, where possible.

Eco-friendly packaging

Where possible, recyclable or reusable packaging is used to reduce waste without compromising product protection.
